Brighouse Festival success

The Brighouse Festival is over for this year. What a success, bringing a feast of enjoyment and fun to Brighouse with over a week of arts and entertainment.

What a week it was! With over 50 events enjoyed in a fun packed week. Highlights included the cast of the West End hit musical Summer Afternoon (the music of the Kinks), our very own Roger Davies in concert with the Drighlington Brass Band, jazz music from Ahmed Harfoush and his band, the no.1 Queen tribute band, theatre from top touring companies, comedy from the Edinburgh Fringe classical music concerts, cinema shows, talks by leading writers and poets through to children’s entertainment. There was something in it for everyone. The good news is that we’ll od it all again in 2017. Our aim will be to provide first class entertainment and arts activities at prices that are affordable to all.

See What’s on page for full details of all the Brighouse Festival events.
